“La Paleta Gigante en Carnaval 2026” is part of the A Sweet Route: Tribute to the Paleteros project. This year, Adrian was invited to participate in the 2026 Carnival to present the progress of A Sweet Route through La Paleta Gigante (The Giant Popsicle), featured as a parade piece. The full route was completed alongside 11 paleteros (popsicle vendors), the workers and cultural figures honored by this initiative.
The main monument dedicated to the Paleteros will be unveiled on June 20 at Niño Unidos Park in San Francisco. More info here.
